Shipping Information
Shipping costs will be quoted and added to the prices of all items purchased. Multiple
items purchased and shipped at once will save the cost of separate shipping.
Most of our pottery items are shipped via FedEx ground. This service is significantly
faster, safer, less expensive, and more reliable than UPS. We've never had a
package lost or damaged by FedEx ground and have had nothing but trouble
with UPS. We don't use UPS because we don't want trouble with your shipment.
FedEx ground delivery times vary from one day to about a week depending on the
delivery distance. A tracking number is provided for each shipment so that you
may track its progress
from this page if you so desire. Each shipment is carefully
packed and fully insured for the full purchase price (just in case).
If you require faster delivery, FedEx express services (three day, two day, and
overnight) are also available at an additional charge. All FedEx services require
a street address for delivery. We can only ship to P.O. boxes via the United States
Postal Service. It's more difficult for us to ship that way, so we ask that you not
request postal service delivery unless it's absolutely necessary. We also believe that
it's not nearly as good as FedEx ground for pottery items, and since we don't have a lot
of time to struggle with shipping goof-ups, we prefer to use the most efficient and
effective means possible (that's FedEx ground).
